How to use Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream
Use it after cleansing and toning (and after any light serums/essences you use).
Apply a moderate / appropriate amount, then gently massage or pat it onto your face until fully absorbed.
Use it morning and night for best results.
It works well as the final step of your skincare (before sunscreen in the morning or alone at night) — sealing in moisture and calming skin.
Because the formula is lightweight and non-greasy, it’s also suitable for sensitive or easily irritated skin, or for skin that needs barrier repair after actives or exposure

Delivered in plastic packaging, the soap is quite large and thick (7 cm x 2 cm). It smells really good and I can't wait to try it. I will come back in 2 months to show the results. Delivered with a small pouch for hanging.

I tested it, it leaves the hair very soft and feels very good.
I also ordered on Amazon but it didn't feel right, I don't know if there are several different ones.

This soap has a lovely, natural herbal scent. After a few weeks of use, i've seen a significant reduction in hair breakage and less hair in my brush. It controls oil well, allowing me to go an extra day between washes. My scalp feels clean and refreshed. As with most natural shampoo bars, it can leave hair feeling a bit tangled, so a vinegar rinse or conditioner is necessary. Overall, very effective for strengthening hair and reducing fall-out!
